Wojtek "Tek" Okon

Polish-born but Nigeria and Florida-raised, Tek spent over 15 years in the U.S. where he graduated with a degree in International Business. In 2008, Wojtek returned to Poland, started working as a native-speaker and having first-hand observed the ineffectiveness of English schools, dedicated himself to finding a more sensible way of teaching English. The Academy and the AntiMethod are the fruits of that labor.

Can explain English logically - even phrasal verbs - and is known for his very direct, no-nonsense teaching style and a dry sense of humor.

Besides teaching, he's also got extensive experience in helping startups (Listonic, Nightly, HelloHere, Prowly, among others) communicate better in the global arena.

Agnieszka Migacz

A cofounder of 360° Y.E.S. English Academy and the queen of beginners. Agnieszka began her adventure with English in Canada, having spent a couple of years in Toronto as a child.

She's a tireless motor that keeps the Academy running smoothly. The woman behind Academy's exceptional customer service as well as the creator of the curriculum for beginners.
